Teton Creek Resort has been master planned and developed into 20 proposed fee parcel lots that are .13 acres in size. Each lot consists of a single-family residence consisting of approximately 1360 square feet.
The master plan includes a total of 20 units, eight of which are paired into duplexes. Special care was taken in the planning to allow each lot a sense of privacy and eastern views to the Teton Mountain range. The lots are also situated to take advantage of the natural water features inherent on the site as a whole. Footpaths meander through the development and are punctuated with outdoor workout stations. A picnic area, complete with shade pavilion and a fixed barbecue facility, is located at the northern edge of the property across a footbridge spanning the Grand Teton Canal.
Teton Creek Resort commissioned Dubbe Moulder Architects to design single and duplex configured townhomes. Additional features includes vaulted ceilings in the living/entry areas, covered entry porch, an ample one car garage and spacious decks off of the living and dining areas. The site is located east of Driggs, Idaho next to the Wyoming state line, which offers many unique opportunities to any number of outdoor activities.
