SAGE HEN

Location: Teton County, Idaho  •  Square Feet: 66,722

Design Team: Chris Moulder AIA , Stephanie Kralovec

Dubbe Moulder Architects master planned and designed this large scale townhouse project comprising of forty six unit townhouse complex on lots 2 and 3 of the Teton Town Center Subdivision in Teton County, Idaho. The project includes one 6-unit building, two 8-unit buildings and one 14-unit building as well as the site design of the parcel for parking and highway access.

The complex provides an incredible juxtaposition to the Teton Mountain Range in the background. The entire complex invokes a playfulness characterized by varied surface depths, exterior finishes in bright colors reminiscent of the beautiful sunsets which frequent the valley, and the right amount of white walls to add contrast to the whole. The complex is accented by clean corners and window lines. A barrel vault roof which peaks from gently sloped roof on either side provides a visual interest to the skyline. This complex is a gem in the valley a warm inviting place to call home.
