Dubbe Moulder Architects master planned and designed this forty-six unit townhouse complex located in the City of Victor, Idaho. The project encompasses one 6 unit building, two 8 unit buildings, one 10 unit building, and one 14 unit building, as well as the site design of the parcel for detached garages, parking and highway access. 

The exterior architecture invokes a playfulness characterized by varied surface depths, center barrel vault roofs and exterior finishes in a mix of wood and vividly colored stucco, reminiscent of the beautiful sunsets experienced in the valley. The interior of each unit has a large kitchen with granite countertops, a spacious living room with access to a deck or patio and two large bedrooms, each with their own walk in closet and en-suite bathroom, as well as an in unit stacked washer and dryer.

This housing complex is a gem in Teton Valley and a warm and inviting place to call home.
