Located in the heart of downtown Driggs, Idaho, the Colter Building is a new retail, office and restaurant development. The combination of long lasting brick and limestone block framing large recessed windows accentuates the existing streetscape and pays homage to the western heritage Driggs is so proud of. The Colter Building is a three-story structure with a full basement, and it encompasses 37,500 square feet of leasable space. From the decks on the third floor, 360 degree views of the Teton, Big Hole and Palisades mountain ranges can be enjoyed.

The design is not only sensitive to the existing urban fabric of Driggs, but the environment as well. The Colter Building was designed with criteria and sensibilities necessary to achieve a minimum of a LEED Silver certification, the first of its kind in Teton Valley.
