When the Ommens, longtime friends of Chris and Jolene Moulder, decided to leave Jackson Hole and move back to their home state of Minnesota, they asked Chris to assist them in remodeling their weekend lake house into a more comfortable full-time, year-round residence.

Without ever setting foot on the property and relying solely on existing conditions drawings and photographs provided by the owners, DMA was able to interpret and redesign the home. With our staff’s complete knowledge of construction and the detail of our construction documents, we were able to provide sufficient information, even over the long distance, so that the general contractor in Minnesota was able to pull off a masterful result.
