Fremont County, Idaho • 5,000 sq. ft.
Design Team: Kurt Dubbe, AIA; Ben Weisbeck, Nereida Ortiz, Andy Bocardo
Rally Point Ranch is an exciting new project set to begin construction in 2024 in Fremont County, Idaho. Located between Tetonia and Ashton, the property offers stunning views of the west side of the Teton Mountain Range, perched above Bitch Creek. Designed by Principal Kurt Dubbe, the site incorporates the existing creek and features a stream and recirculating pond, along with two auto courts.
The main floor of the home will include a great room with a fireplace and access to a large covered balcony, which also has its own fireplace. The spacious open kitchen is designed for entertaining, providing easy access to the butler’s pantry, laundry room, and mudroom. From this area, a glass-enclosed bridge connects to an oversized three-bay garage and a two-story observation tower with wrap-around balconies.
The first-floor master suite offers an expansive walk-in closet, as well as a separate laundry area and bathroom with dual vanities. On the lower level, there are two guest suites flanking a game room with a bar that opens to a covered stone patio, which also features a fireplace. This home is designed to maximize the breathtaking views, and we look forward to seeing the construction progress.
